Starting with the departure doesn't show all the joy of packing up and all that, but that's another story entirely. This blog is specifically to journal our move from Bountiful, Utah to Georgetown, South Carolina, and the adventures we experience in this strange, new land. By the way, we left on Wednesday, June 17, 2009, and arrived in Georgetown around 5 am on Monday, June 22, 2009. We waited to get settled before starting the blog, so our first few posts will be us playing catch-up.
